Vegetarian Fried Rice
This is a delicious and easy vegetarian fried rice recipe with Purple Lettuce, Rice, and Carrots.
Serves 4
Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced purple lettuce
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked rice, carrots, purple lettuce, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cilantro. Cook, stirring occasionally, for an additional 3 minutes.
Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve warm and enjoy!
