Purple Cabbage Slaw
This crunchy and flavorful Purple Cabbage Slaw is a great way to use up that purple cabbage! It's a delicious side dish or topping for tacos, burgers, and salads.

Ingredients
1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, agave nectar, cumin, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
