Pesto Pea Pasta

This delicious Pesto Pea Pasta is a great way to use up leftover peas. It's easy to make and tastes amazing!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of your favorite pasta

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen peas

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite pesto

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  • Once the pasta is almost done, add the peas to the boiling water.

  • Cook for 2 minutes, then drain the pasta and peas.

  • Return the pasta and peas to the pot and stir in the pesto.

  • Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and stir until combined.

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
