Pesto Pea Pasta
This delicious Pesto Pea Pasta is a great way to use up leftover peas. It's easy to make and tastes amazing!
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pound of your favorite pasta
2 cups of fresh or frozen peas
1/2 cup of your favorite pesto
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Once the pasta is almost done, add the peas to the boiling water.
Cook for 2 minutes, then drain the pasta and peas.
Return the pasta and peas to the pot and stir in the pesto.
Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and stir until combined.
Serve warm and enjoy!
