Chocolate Mint Mug Cake

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium-sized microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 1 minute. The cake should be slightly moist and slightly undercooked in the center.
