Chocolate Caramel Fudge Cake
This Chocolate Caramel Fudge Cake is a decadent and delicious dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth! The combination of chocolate, caramel and fudge is irresistible!

Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup hot coffee or espresso
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup fudge sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
Add the eggs, vanilla, sour cream and buttermilk and whisk until smooth.
Add the hot coffee and whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cooled, spread the caramel sauce and fudge sauce over the top of the cake.
